The Pitt, season one
If you haven’t watched, believe the hype. One of the best TV shows I’ve watched in some time. Completely engrossing, never a moment that felt wasted, incredible performances. A well deserved first Golden Globe for Noah Wylie. We will be watching season two as soon as we can binge them all over a couple nights.

The Chair Company
I’m not sure what the best way to describe this show is. Because I’m not exactly sure what it is. Is it a farcical send-up of TV mysteries? A straight cringe comedy? Or is it supposed to be serious and Tim Robinson’s weirdness tricks you into think it’s something else? Most likely it’s some Venn diagram combo that falls in the middle. I laughed tons. Cackled even. I bet a lot of people I know would watch one episode and hate it. This definitely is not for everyone.

Casino Royale
The Bond flicks are back on Netflix so I had to celebrate by watching at least one.

The Rip
Good, not great. That’s the simple review. It certainly doesn’t break any new ground, and the surprises in the final act aren’t major since the whole thing is set up for a big reveal. But as it checks in under two hours and is carried by Affleck and Damon, I can’t complain too much.

Starting the work on our Italian ruin! (#10)
These poor people are going to spend every dime they have on this home and maybe it will be ready before they are too old to enjoy it.

No bullshit, just good content in the latest Beau Miles piece.
