The winner goes to the playoffs, the loser stays home. I\u2019m pleased to say, in extra innings, the Royals prevailed and advanced to the post-season for the first time since 1985.
\nIn college, I had an uncanny ability to dream about future sporting events and see those dreams reflected in reality later. Is this a sign of things to come? The bad news, though, is apparently the AL Central is really going to suck next season. With the win, the Royals finished the season at 82-80, the Twins dropped to 81-81.
