I salute them for being completely committed to the bit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYip Yip Yow\u201d &#8211; Caroline Rose<br>\nThis track rips! And yips!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShould\u2019ve Known Better\u201d &#8211; The Beaches<br>\nMore perfect, timeless pop from these ladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Standard Model\u201d &#8211; MORN<br>\n(Beavis and Butthead bang heads) \u201cYES! YES! YES!\u201d Some IDLES via Wales vibes here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBig Stick\u201d &#8211; MUNA<br>\nWell this is something completely different for MUNA. I like it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHercules\u201d &#8211; Tracey Nelson<br>\nIf you\u2019re catching MJ Lenderman feels on this one, that might be because Lenderman produced and played on this album for his pal Nelson. I don\u2019t love any of the songs I\u2019ve listened to, but felt compelled to share it since Nelson drew the artwork for the album cover himself. Depending on your point of view, here he\u2019s either making fun of people who want to tear down statues of people they disagree with, or noting how so many of the people we\u2019ve put up statues for were actually awful. Since he\u2019s a smart ass, I think there are elements of each point of view, but it leans more towards the later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSpring summer\u201d &#8211; Smerz<br>\nAhh the middle season in the Midwest. I had forgotten how Feist went from being a kind of odd, underground artist to this monster hit that also became one of the iconic iPod ads of that era nearly overnight.
