Another of the great bands of the early 90s British shoegaze movement returns with a fantastic effort. Along with Slowdive, they really know how to make a comeback.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLine of Sight\u201d &#8211; ODESZA, WYNNE, Mansionair. I often complain about how dance and electronic music has squeezed out traditional guitar-based rock in the indie world. But when a song is this good, I can totally get on board with it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo Curse\u201d &#8211; Waxahatchee. Katie Crutchfield&#8217;s \u201cSilver\u201d is one of my favorite songs of the past couple months. And now this, which is a one-off single for the <a href=\"http:\/\/weathervanemusic.org\/shakingthrough\/episodes\">Shaking Through project<\/a>, which is also awesome. I\u2019m officially stoked for her new album.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPapa\u2019s Got A Brand New Bag\u201d &#8211; James Brown. Happy Father\u2019s Day to all the other dads out there!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFather\u2019s Song\u201d &#8211; Prince. Appropriate for the weekend, another unreleased track from the <em>Purple Rain<\/em> sessions just hit the nets. The melody of this instrumental track should be immediately recognizable to most of you.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Portugal.
